Free for anyone, always
Hard times are easier with a circle.
Make a private wishlist of the things that would actually help. Share it with the people who care. They chip in — you never have to ask directly.
A circle can cheer up anyone going through a hard time: a mum holding everything together on one income, a mate who was laid off and has stopped mentioning money, a parent choosing between the boiler and the weekly shop, or just someone who is feeling a bit down. They're often the last people to ask. A circle lets the people around them cover a week of meals, a lift to an appointment, or a school trip — without anyone having to say it out loud.

What Circle is
A wishlist, not a fundraiser
Instead of one big, awkward ask, Circle turns support into small, specific things: dinner tonight, a lift to the hospital, someone else doing the hoovering. Your people choose what to give, and it always goes towards something real.
Help that doesn't need asking for
The hardest part of a hard time is telling people you need help at all. Circle lets your friends and family step in on their own — they see the list, they pick something, you don't have to have the conversation.
Small and human by design
No public campaigns, no strangers, no totals ticking up on a wall. A circle is a handful of people who already care about you, helping with the practical stuff that quietly piles up.
How it works
Three steps, five minutes, no paperwork. Here's the whole thing.
- Step 1
List what would actually help
Add the small, specific things that would make this week better — a takeaway on a night you can't cook, a taxi to an appointment, someone to hoover the flat, a film night with a friend. There's no right answer, and the list is yours to change whenever you like.
- Step 2
Invite your people
Share one private link with whoever you choose — flatmates, family, close friends, a group chat. Nobody can find your circle by searching. If you want to add or remove someone later, you can.
- Step 3
They pick something and chip in
Your people browse your list and put money towards whatever speaks to them — the whole thing, or a couple of quid towards it. When it's covered, it's yours to enjoy. No awkward conversations, no asking twice.
Who it's for
Anyone aged 18 or over going through something. There's no minimum seriousness — if it's hard for you, it counts.
Long illness or recovery
When treatment, appointments and fatigue take over, cooking and cleaning quietly fall behind. A covered takeaway or a cleaning session removes one thing from the pile.
Bereavement and loss
In the weeks after a loss, people want to do something practical. Circle gives them something real to do instead of asking "let me know if you need anything".
Work stress and burnout
Rough patches at work eat the energy you'd normally spend on life. A massage, a night out with a friend, a week of meals — small resets that add up.
New parents and big changes
A new baby, a move, a break-up, a redundancy. Life admin doesn't pause for any of it, and your circle can soften the edges while you get through it.
For the people around you
You want to help. Now there's something real to do.
When someone you care about is struggling, "let me know if you need anything" rarely gets answered. A circle link fixes that: you see what would actually help, and you pick one.
You give exactly what you choose
Put the full amount behind something, or a few pounds towards it. There's no pressure to cover a whole item and no leaderboard of who gave what.
Say it kindly, in your own words
Add a short note when you chip in. Most people find that the note matters as much as the money.
Trust is built in
Every item is checked against simple community rules — no adult services, alcohol, gambling, or cash and gift cards. Nothing to game, nothing to worry about.
Private by default
- Invite-only. Your circle is a private link. Nobody can search for it or stumble across it.
- No diagnoses, no explanations. We never ask why you're struggling or ask for proof of anything.
- You hold the pen. Add, edit or delete anything on your list at any time. Decline any contribution.
- Nothing for employers or insurers. Your circle is never visible to an employer, and we don't sell or share data. If an employer runs a Circle programme for their team, they only ever see aggregated numbers — never anyone's name, list or situation.
What Circle isn't
- Not crisis support. Circle is a wishlist for practical help between people who know each other, not an emergency or urgent-care service.
- Not a marketplace. You're not buying from strangers, and nobody is selling to you. Your circle is just the people you invited.
- Not a loan or debt. Nothing is ever repaid. Nobody keeps score.
- Not for everything. Adult services, alcohol, gambling and cash or gift cards are never allowed — the rules apply to every item, on every list.
